Q: Do I need to be in great physical shape to start training in martial arts?

 
A: Absolutely Not!  The staff at Trident Performance Training are skilled at helping our students achieve their full physical and mental potential, in a safe and fun environment.

Q: Is mixed martial arts something women can learn and be successful at?

A: Yes. And we encourage women to participate in our programs because it will not only help strengthen and tone your body but you will learn self-defense skills that are practical and applicable for the real world scenarios.
 
Q: Do I have to participate in all of the programs or can I pick and choose the programs that I like?
 
A: You may choose the program(s) of your choice.  We do not force anyone to participate in a class they do not feel comfortable participating in.  We are all about helping you find the right program for your needs.
 
Q: Do I have to fight/spar if I train at Trident Performance Training?
 
A: NO!  The safety and well being of our students is the number one priority at Trident Performance Training.  We take your safety and well being very seriously.  You dont ever have to fight/spar.  However, if you want to, you will be given the opportunity to participate in controlled sparring exercises when the instructors feel that you are ready.
